How do you get to island one on pokemon fire red?
After you beat the seventh gym, on Cinnibar Island, a ship will pull up on the east (right) shoreline, and Bill will come out and ask if you want to come. Say yes, and he will take you to One Island and introduce you to his friend, Celio, who will send you on an errand. Bill will give you the tri pass (giving you access to islands two and three, as well) to help you complete the errand.
