How Do You Get To Ironbridge Power Station From Sheffield?
The main entrance to Ironbridge power station (which is actually at Buildwas) is on the Buildwas to Ironbridge road, over a bridge over the river Severn. If you are using a vehicle navigate your way to the M54 (junction 10A off the M6) and turn off the M54 to go South at junction 6,following the road signs for Ironbridge and Much Wenlock , carry straight on over the next few traffic islands. At Jiggers Bank Island turn right onto the A 5223. At the bottom of a very steep hill turn left for Buildwas Bridge and almost immediately left again for Ironbridge before crossing the bridge. The power station entrance is about a mile down this road on the right. Best of luck.
