How Do You Get To Cafe Pamplona In Harvard Square?

0

For many Cambridge natives, Cafe Pamplona is symbol of the “old” Harvard Square, one made up of independent shops and restaurants. This splendid coffee shop was founded in 1959 by a native of Spain, and was the first Cafe in the square. Thankfully, Au Bon Pain it is not. Pamplona is a wonderful spot to have an espresso any time you are in Cambridge. Take the Red Line subway to Harvard Square Station. Exit the station up the long escalators that lead to Massachusetts Avenue. Turn and begin walking down Massachusetts Avenue. You should pass a large Au Bon Pain on your right. Continue about four blocks until you reach Bow Street. Take a right on the far side of Bow and continue half a block until you reach Cafe Pamplona. Take a seat inside or out, and order a cup of amazing coffee.
