Do jumping jacks or jog in place for three minutes. To kick it up a notch, follow with 30 knee lifts. Walk in place, and with each step, pull your knee up as close to your chest as possible. Lay down with your back flat on the floor, bend your knees and anchor your toes underneath a sofa. Keeping your arms at your sides, tighten your abs and pull yourself up into a full seated position, then return to floor. Do 2 sets of 25. Lay on your left side with your knees bent and put your right arm behind your head and your left hand on your abs. Pull your body straight up as far as you can, with your right elbow pointed toward the ceiling. Return to start. Do 25 on each side.
