You can’t get it but you’r pokemon can learn it.The only pokemon I know that can learn leaf blade is treecko.Treecko will learn it when he’s about lv 20.You can get Treecko at the beggining of the game. Note:treecko will evolve into grovyle at approxemetally lv15.
