How Do You Get The Sweat Smell Out Of Workout Clothes?

0

When you workout, you typically have a few sets of workout clothing dedicated specifically to exercising. These clothes constantly collect perspiration and odors that becomes difficult to remove. Even though you wash the clothes, when you put them on a few days later to workout, you begin to notice a stale perspiration odor. This is embarrassing, and needs to be handled effectively. Turn on your washing machine, using a warm-water cycle. Pour in a capful of your normal laundry detergent and add your workout clothing. Pour 1 cup white vinegar and 1 cup baking soda into the washing machine. The baking soda is a natural deodorizer while the vinegar disinfects, killing any bacteria associated with the odor. Allow the wash cycle to complete, and dry the garments as you normally would.
