How Do You Get The Secret “Development Room” Ending In Chrono Trigger?
Of all the various endings available in the classic Super Nintendo role-playing game Chrono Trigger, the “Development Room” is the hardest to find as it requires that you beat the final boss of the game using only two characters with limited resources. If you can manage to get the ending, you will be treated with special messages from the developers of the game. Play completely through the entire game a first time, taking any of the various game branch options available and acquiring any ending that you want. Start a new game using the “New Game +” feature that becomes available once the main storyline is finished at least once through. Go to the Millenial Fair, and bump into Marle, just as you did during the first time through the game. After she joins the party, go to the far north end of the fair where Lucca has her teleportation machines set up.
