I have the G600 and I think I can help… you might need to plug the adapter into a more powerful usb port… I know it sounds weird but that is how I fixed this problem… make sure it is connected to the main computer… if it is a laptop then update your answer and I will continue to look into it. In the message manager or the phone explorer or any of the mini programs…. go to file in the menu bar… and connection… if it says not connected click connect and see what happens. Yes it is looking for it, but it can’t find it that is what it does when it is looking. I don’t know what to tell you actually… try it on the desktop and see if it works… If your computer is equipped with bluetooth you can connect wirelessly… I have also done this.
