The Regis are three legendary Pokemon that can be captured in Pokemon: Emerald. This group of Pokemon consists of Regirock, Regice and Registeel. While most aspects of Emerald are similar to Pokemon: Ruby and Pokemon: Sapphire, the method to capture the Regis has been changed. The player must trigger an earthquake before being able to access the cave for each of the Regis.
