Been playing paintball for some time and you want to get sponsored like these pros you keep hearing about? It ain’t easy but here’s how to get started. Create a solid team, where all the members are responsible & can attend all scheduled practices. This team has to pick a field to be the home field then notify the owners of your intentions – your team wants to practice there regularly and represent the field in tournaments. Do the same for a local shop. This first step involves wanting to represent your future sponsors, not asking for a handout. You want them to know how serious you are – sponsor comes first. Establish the team. Play at the home field often as a team. Get to know everyone that works there, even go as far as helping the staff to set up & take down fields.
