Getting rid of a yucca plant in your yard or garden can be challenging. Yucca plants are a hardy succulent plant with roots that grow very deep. Cut the plant down to the base. It should be flush with the ground. The cutting or sawing tool you will need will differ based on the size of the yucca plant you are trying to get rid of.
