How Do You Get Rid Of Windows Live Messenger?
Windows Live Messenger comes installed on just about every computer. While it is an excellent way to keep in touch with family, friends and colleagues, some computer owners might decide that they do not need it. If Windows Live Messenger is taking up extra disk space on your computer, consider removing it, as it is not a very involved process. Click on the “Start” button that is located on the bottom left-hand side of your computer screen. This will bring up a small pop-up window. Double click on the “Control Panel” selection from the pop-up menu. Locate the “Add or Remove Programs” selection and double click on it. This brings up the entire list of programs that are installed on your computer. It may take a few minutes for the window to load completely. Scroll down the list of programs until you see “Windows Live Messenger” and click on it once. You will see the option to change or remove Windows Live Messenger. Click on “Remove” and then select “Yes.” Click on the “Start” button. Dou
