How Do You Get Rid Of Mud Dauber Wasps?

It is a solitary wasp that you will often find in your garage, along the eaves of our garage, around your concrete wall, anywhere where it is dark, dry, and you have an open area for the wasp to come in. They are not that big of a problem. They don’t cause too many problems with people as far as stinging and stuff goes. It is just unsightly to have a dirt dauber nest on your wall. The best way to treat dirt dauber nest is simply to scrape it off. There is no need to use chemical or anything like that. Once you scrape the nest off the dirt dauber will leave eventually. All you are going to see her doing is going back and forth to that nest. What they are doing is they are going out and hunting spiders, and they sting the spiders. They don’t kill the spiders, they paralyze them, bring them back into the nest, and that is what feeds their larva. W
