There are many homes that are infested with mice. This causes fear among many homeowners, but when the smell of a dead mouse adds to the equation, it becomes an increasing concern. Of course, most homeowners will use a rat trap, which means that the mouse will eventually die and you have to get rid of it or it will smell terrible. The longer you make the dead mouse sit in the rat trap, the more horrible the smell will get. Getting rid of the smell will be your next task. Put on a pair of plastic gloves and put the dead mouse in a small Ziploc bag. Close the Ziploc bag. Drop it in the garbage outside.
