Underarms: Exfoliating sometimes helps. Before you shave either use a brush or a cream to exfoliate then shave. Going for swims in the ocean helps a LOT. Maybe use a really thick moisturiser to shave with instead of soap? I’ve heard that hair conditioner works too but I haven’t tried that yet. Baby oil and baby rash treatments work. They’re good too because they’re made for soft skin like the underarm area. And because they’re used on babies they don’t have many chemicals that can damage the skin further. I had this problem before but it seemed to go away when I realised I was having an algeric reaction to one of the soaps. Maybe switch soaps? Wearing funny fabrics can do this too. Wear 100% cotton. Your deodorant may be a bit harsh on your skin also… Lips: I have this without using lipgloss. I use that paw paw ointment on my lips but only once a week or so so I don’t think that’s the problem. If you squeeze them does white stuff come out? Because I’m pretty sure they’re just pimples
