Migraines are those highly inconvenient and extremely painful headaches that can make a person completely unable to function for two days or more. The severe pain usually occurs on one side of the head and is often accompanied by blurred vision, sensitivity to light, and extreme nausea. Many people, including myself, are unable to keep food or fluids down with a migraine, and are susceptible to vomiting.
