How do you get rare pokemon in sapphire?
If you mean legendary pokemon, you can get Kyogre, Rayquaza and Latias in Pokemon Sapphire. Here’s how to do it. Kyogre: During the game, before you beat the elite four, you’re going to go to the Cave of Origin. In it’s Kyogre. After you beat the game, go to Pacifilog town. Surf as far north as possible (you should hit some rocks), and then turn east. Surf east until you see a gap in the rocks, and go through it. Now surf north. You should come across an island with a building on it. That’s Sky Pillar. Go through the entrance. Make sure you brought your mach bike along! Go upwards, and soon you should come across rooms with gaps in the floor. Whiz across these using your mach bike. It’s hard at first, but keep trying! Eventually you’ll get to a sun-filled room with Rayquaza in it. Save it first. Then try to catch him! (Rayquaza’s at lv. 70). By the time you’ve done all that, a commercial should’ve been on tv reporting a sighting of a strange pokemon. That’s Latias. Don’t look for her.
