I suppose you are talking about locking Traverse Town. Go to the alleyway by going to the second district, hopping down, and going through the door. Defeat all the enemies there and go to the metal bars that block the entrance way to the sewers (I think they are the sewers anyways). Anyways, there is a red trinity underneath the water so find it and break through the bars. Go talk to Leon. Now, go to the third district and go to Merlin’s home. Talk to him. Now go back outside for an awesome cutscene. Then go to the small house in the third district for an awesome cutscene. Then go to the Gizmo shop and use the red trinity to break through. Ring the bell 3 times. Good luck!
