How Do You Get Money Out Of Vending Machines?
Most vending machines for soda, candy and other snacks are equipped with a lock typically located on the front left side of the cabinet. The lock opens with a cylinder key to release a handle that opens the front of the machine, which is hinged like a door. Insert the cylinder key into the lock on the front of the vending machine, taking care to align the vertical pin with the notch in the lock. The main part of the key resembles the end of a lugnut wrench and fits into the round, slotted groove of the lock on the vending machine. Turn the key counter-clockwise to release the spring-loaded handle around the lock mechanism. Turn the handle counter-clockwise until the door latch disengages from the vending machine and can be pulled outward. Be careful; the door is heavy and may require two hands to pull open.
