How do you get jirachi in sapphire?
Jirachi only appears after beating the game a couple of times and getting 5 stars on your trainer card. You have to go to Mossdeep in the Space Center and talk to the man staring out the window. He will say ‘Ah… That’s succesful flight #__’ If the __ says 56 or more he’ll ask if you’d like to get on, and if you say yes, you’ll battle Deoxys. After catching, defeating, or defeated by Deoxys, repeat. This time Jirachi will apear.
