This is especially important when dealing with hair extensions applied to the back of your head. Use your fingers or a comb to find each hair extension weft. Part your hair directly above the weft and secure it with a hair clip. Use an oil-based conditioner. Apply a generous amount of oil sheen or baby oil onto the top and underside of the hair weft.
