How Do You Get Free Visual Basic (VB) Or C# (CSHARP) .Net Developer Training From Microsoft?
Microsoft offers the free Ramp Up learning program. It is a free online training program that will help even a novice developer to become proficient with new Microsoft Visual Studio and SharePoint technologies. Navigate to the Microsoft Developer Network Ramp Up Program home at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/rampup/default.aspx (see Resources below for a clickable link). Decide which learning track is right for you. There are tracks for SharePoint, Visual Studio 2005, Visual Studio 2008, .Net for the Java developer and Developer Basics. Once you have decided a track, click its associated link in the horizontal menu. Once you have selected a track, you will be presented with a screen to Sign up. Most of the tracks allow you to select whether you want the information and examples to be presented from a Visual Basic or C# perspective. Just click on the Sign Up link for which ever you prefer. Sign in with your Windows Live ID. Add the different parts of the course to your learning profile
