First, you have to get All-Star Mode, which is unlocked from getting all characters. Then, beat it with the character’s final smash of which you want the trophy of (Ike-Great Aether, [Toon] Link-Triforce Slash). You should have it after beating All-Star Mode. that is incorrect. you only have to beat all star mode.
