How Do You Get Custom Folder Icons?
Follow this guide if you’d like to change the icons of your folders on your desktop to whatever you want. If you have a folder on your desktop, but you are tired of the regular icon that folders always have, changing the icon is a simple task. First of all, right click on the folder and scroll down to the button called “properties.” It should be at the bottom of the window that pops up. In the properties window, look at the tabs at the top. There should be one called “customize.” Click this tab to bring up the customization window. There is a button near the bottom that says “change icon.” It should be next to a picture that your folder is currently using for its icon. There will be a huge amount of icons to choose from, but I suggest picking one that relates to the files that you have in the folder. Look through the various icons until you find one that you like.
