How Do You Get Cat To Drink From Electric Water Fountain?
I had the same problem! I have a Maine coon who just loves water, but she HATED the cat water fountain so much that she actually chewed through the electrical cord! How’s that for making a statement? Unfortunately, I think they either love it or hate it. Hopefully you can return it! I’ve found that my cat seems to love drinking out of glasses. I have a couple of glasses just for the cat & she seems to mostly drink out of these rather than her bowls. Actually, she uses her bowls as swimming pools for her pet furry mice! When she’s not playing with them she carries them & drops themin her water bowl! WEIRD! Good luck to you. try the glasses, maybe that will work.
