Riding a bike everyday will certainly help you build strength in the calf area. A standing calf raise is the primer calf muscle strength training exercise. Simply raise off the ground with only your calves. Add resistance by holding weights. Seated calve raises are also a great lift. While more or less the same thing as the standing version, you’ll likely need to have a gym pass or machine in order to preform it.
