How Do You Get Amazing Scene Hair (Without Teasing Or Backcombing)?
• Start with wet hair. It helps if you already have a scene cut, but it is not necessary. • Add a deep side part and pouf in the back. • Section your hair into two sections above and below your ears. Because scene hair is all about big on top&thin on the bottom, put the section underneath your hair into a ponytail, but leave the top down. • Apply a large amount of volumizing mousse and or root lifter to the top part of your hair • Flip your head and blow dry the top upside down. • When hair is dry, flat iron it. When doing the top of your hair, it helps to lift sections to a 90 degree angle and flat iron upwards. This helps keep volume. • There are many different kinds of scene hair. Not all of it needs to be straight. But it helps if you straighten your hair If your hair needs more volume, repeat steps 3 – 5 (step 4 optional), and finish off with hairspray.
