How Do You Get A Yahoo Toolbar Off Of Firefox?
The narrow window that runs across the top of your Web browser is called a toolbar. Space is limited on a Web browser and thus users are particularly picky about what gets placed into their toolbar. Some items can get unknowingly placed in your toolbar through the installation of an unrelated piece of software. One example of this is the Yahoo! Toolbar. Fortunately, the Yahoo! Toolbar can be removed as easily as it was installed. Click on “Tools,” in the Mozilla Firefox Web browser. Click on “Add-ons” from the drop-down menu. This will open a window showing all of your add-ons. Locate the Yahoo! Toolbar from the list of add-ons. Click the “Uninstall” box located under the Yahoo! Toolbar icon. Restart Firefox.
