How do you get a vehicles title or proof of ownership?
Your title, is proof of ownership. If you never turned in the pink slip to get it retitled, you need the OLD pink slip, and the OLD title. But since you REGISTERED it in WA, then you have a WA title. So go to the WA dmv website, and download the duplicate title form, and fill it out, and send it in with your new address. You don’t NEED to bond the bike, because you were already a registered owner.
