Another way is to migrate a male and female Snorlax from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, or LeafGreen. Optionally, you can substitute a Ditto for one of the Snorlax. Let the female Snorlax (or Ditto, if you have it and a male Snorlax) hold a “Full Incense”. Put both Pokemon in the day care, and run in circles until an egg shows up on the day care Poketch app. Go back to the day care and claim your Munchlax egg.
