How Do You Get A London Councils Freedom Pass?
If you 60 or over and are a permanent resident of any one of London’s 33 boroughs, you are eligible to use a Freedom Pass for free travel around London on bus, tram, train, Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and Thames River services. Residents of Barking & Dagenham, Bromley, Havering, Sutton and Wandsworth are required to direct their Freedom Pass Application to their borough council office. Get an Elderly Freedom Pass Application form or, if you have a disability, a Disabled Freedom Pass Application form from your borough council office. You can also download both forms from the Freedom Pass website. Fill the application form in block capitals. Make sure you fill all the required boxes and provide accurate information. You are not eligible for a Freedom Pass if you’re not a permanent resident of London or its boroughs.
