How do you get a lean and toned arms without looking bulky?
do cardio and lift weights but not heavy weights. My sis husband is a rehab doctor so he knows this kind of stuff. He told me that when you lift weights make sure you can do it up to 15 or 20 count without struggling cause its heavy if you do struggle bec the weights are too heavy then you build up bulky muscles instead of toning it. You can do 15 or 20(3 sets) and make sure to get 15 seconds rest inbetween sets. Also he told me that dont do too much cardio it can burn your muscles then your skin will be flabby so he said to just do balance on both. Since you’re young, the flabby arms that you have will tone up easily. Your skin hasnt lose its elasticity so it shouldnt be a problem. Also dont forget to take vitamins for your skin, stay hydrated, and eat healthy. Remember the more muscles you have (doesnt have to be big) the faster you burn fat cause muscles speeds up your metabolism while you exercise. Goodluck!
