How do you get a great workout without using barbells, weights or therabands?
My boot camp is designed to give you a great workout without lugging around mats, barbells or therabands. I wanted to create an experience completely different from the gym. We use our own body weight for all of our exercises. And, we use whatever the city offers – park benches, curbs, stairs, hills, pullup bars, ropes and much more. Your body will be sore after each workout!
