If you are a resident of Alabama, disabled and have an active life on the road, consider acquiring a disabled license plate to ease your travels. Simply download an official application from Alabama’s Department of Revenue website, have it certified by a physician and return it to your TAG office. Logon to Alabama’s official Department of Revenue website (see Resources below). Click on “Individual” and “Motor Vehicle” to be directed to Alabama’s Motor Vehicle website. Navigate through the site to “License Plate Information” and “County Title and Registration Offices.” Select your county and write your local TAG office’s address down.
