How do you get a decent nights sleep?
i have this problem myself ive tried over the couter remedys and hot chocolate etc ive even tried reading or staying up late i find i can fall asleep watching tv but when i go to bed i cant sleep i used to find a little nip of whiskey helped if its because your mind is active try writing down what you are thinking about it helps some people in my case i have temperature problems an age thing if its that with you you have my sympathy because it wont end until the flushes do if not try the other sugestions happy dreams hopefully
