How do you get a dealers license in Texas for auto auctions?
What “N” said… You need a physical address and lot, a land line running to said lot, someone to verify this operation is legit, and several weeks wait for your license. I’m sure there’s more, but I haven’t kept up with my dealership owner friend as of late and I don’t believe he’s selling cars anymore as it is…C4C probably ate up a lot of his buys now.
