After the tomatoes are cooled then I take a measuring cup and scoop them by the cup into the sandwich baggies. You have to allow enough room at the top to secure the baggie with a rubber band. I found that the small round rubber bands are just the right size. Make sure the baggies are secure. Once you are done, put them all into the freezer immediately.
