How Do You Frame Dance Studio Mirrors?
A wall of mirrors is an essential learning tool for dancers and students. Because dance studio mirrors should occupy the majority of the wall, starting at the floor or baseboard level, stretching from side to side and rising up at least 72 inches, there is no frame around them. Any “frame” would be the baseboard, the small stretch of wall above them and what little wall is to the sides, if any. Having the mirrors beveled along the outer edges can give them a framed look. Measure the length of the wall to receive mirrors. Then based on the width of each mirror panel, determine how many mirror panels you will need. Let the mirror company install your mirrors. Wall mirrors for a studio will be large, typically 72 inches by 100 inches. They are extremely heavy, and if they are broken during installation by the mirror company, they will be replaced. But if you broke one, you would have to replace it yourself. Direct the mirror installation crew to center the row of mirrors as best they can
