How Do You Format A Chart Using Microsoft Graph In Powerpoint?

You can use Micosoft Graph to create or format a chart in PowerPoint. This built-in program makes working with charts much easier than drawing them by hand. Double-click on the chart area of the slide to open Microsoft Graph. Enter your information in text and numeric format in the Datasheet window. Click on the chart to view the changes you entered or to format the chart itself, instead of the Datasheet. Go to the Format menu and select Font. Select the font size, style, and color options, then click OK. Use the menus and toolbars at the top of the window to further format the chart, selecting the type of chart and how you want the information presented. Go to the File menu and select Quit & Return (Macintosh) or close the Datasheet window (Windows) to return to the chart in PowerPoint.
