• Make team signup signs to attract players. Make sure you have a cool name for your team. • Hold tryouts to see how good everyone is. Pick at least nine players. • Choose a coaching staff. The coaches can play or not; the positions are head coach, bench coach, pitching coach and hitting coach. • Plan about 2 practices a week. Choose days and places that are convenient for everyone. • Give each player a position and a spot in the batting order. • Find jerseys. If you don’t have enough money for real ones, buy white shirts and color them your color. Have people choose the numbers they want. • Buy gear. The most important stuff to have is catchers gear, plus bats and helmets. Look up tournaments or leagues and see what you can enter.
