Even the most innocent-seeming foods have sugar added. Rotisserie chicken from a grocery store deli, for example, often has sugar-water injected into it prior to cooking. Lunchmeats, salad dressing, and virtually every type of cereal on the shelf have sugar in one form or another. It takes more than willpower to follow a no-sugar diet.
