How Do You Fold Towel Cake Slices?
If you have attended a bridal shower recently, chances are you have probably already witnessed the inventive folding of a towel wedding cake. The decorative folding of a set of towels into the shape of a three-tiered cake has been on the rise in popular wedding culture. Similar to the diaper cake that makes frequent appearances at baby showers, these decorative cakes aim to practical gifts more exciting. A new bite sized version, the towel cake slice, is now available as an equally fetching hostess gift. Create a cardboard cake template. With a ruler and pencil, draw onto the cardboard a triangle with a 6 inch base and two 3 ½ inch sides that will form the top of the cake slice.
