How Do You Fold A Money Origami Turkey?

0

This is a design I came up with while playing with the money origami rosette design. I doubt it’s original. It seems familiar, like I’ve seen it before. Fold half the bill into accordion pleats. Here it took nine sections. Fold the pleats in half to form the tail of the origami peacock. Where the pleats come together, fold them over once at a fourty five degree angle, then again at a steeper angle. This should tie the fan together. This works best on crisp new money. If it’s been handled too much, it may not hold. Stand up the fan tail with the rest of the bill flat on the table. Fold over one corner of the other half of the bill. Line up the edge with the bottom of the fan tail, but leave a gap about as wide as the tail. Fold over the other side of the bill lining up the edge along the base of the tail. Bend the origami peacock’s head forward, then pinch to crease it in place.
