How Do You Fold A Homemade Greeting Card?
“A standard size card is five and a half, by four and a quarter, and what I’m going to show you, is the correct way to fold a card ,and what you’re going to do, is once you’ve cut your card, your cardstock, and I usually take an eight and a half by eleven piece of cardstock, and just cut it in half, so I can get two cards, because I like to be frugal, and then I’m going to go ahead and score it, at four and a quarter, and on cardstock, you can go back and forth a couple of times. Give yourself a nice score line, and then all you’re going to do, is go ahead and fold the edges up. Bring them up so they match, and push it down.If you have a thicker cardstock, you can also use your bone folder, to hold that edge down. You get a nice, crisp fold every time, so let me show you that again. At four and a quarter, go ahead, give it a nice score. Bring both edges together, and your card is ready to go. The other thing you can do, besides a standard card, is using your twelve by twelve paper. You
