Step 3 Begin feeding the belt through the retractor, untwisting as you go. Step 4 Try spraying the belt with silicon lube spray. If you still cannot get the belt through the mount, spraying it lightly with silicon lube spray can help ease the process. The spray can be purchased at most auto parts stores.
