How do you fix NTL digital TV problems?
I would suggest you un-plug your box from the power supply for at least two hours, then re connect and things should be fine. At least twice a week, un-plug your NTL box from the mains power supply for two to twelve hours. Remove and re-insert your card, just takes a few seconds. If none of the above work, contact them; www.ntl.com/home or by phone, 0845 454 0000. Explain your problem in as much detail as possible. Contrary to some of your other replies to your question, I have found them most helpful in the past. Hope this helps solve your problem.
