How Do You Fix Blemishes In Pictures?
Photographs are among our most treasured possessions. Unfortunately, they can become damaged over time especially when the pictures are mishandled, resulting in blemishes such as stains or spots. In the past, you would have had to take a damaged picture to a professional restorer, but if you have access to Adobe Photoshop, you can fix these problems yourself. If you don’t have Photoshop, you can do the same thing in GIMP, which is a freeware program. The tools used are almost exactly the same. Step 1 Load the picture you want to fix onto your computer. You will want to scan it in using a high setting on your scanner (600 dots per inch or so). Step 2 Start Photoshop. Select “File” and click “Open.” A dialog will open.
