If you don’t have Photoshop, you can do the same thing in GIMP, which is a freeware program. The tools used are almost exactly the same. Step 1 Load the picture you want to fix onto your computer. You will want to scan it in using a high setting on your scanner (600 dots per inch or so). Step 2 Start Photoshop. Select “File” and click “Open.” A dialog will open.
