How Do You Fix Analog Sticks On Dual Shock 2 Controller For PS2?
The Playstation 2 is a great console. It’s controller has a problem: the analogue sticks. Do this simple test to determine if the sticks are repairable: • While the game is active, push in both sticks (thus pressing R3 and L3) • While sticks are pressed down, wiggle both sticks in a circular motion for about 5 seconds. • Your game should resume as normal. If the charactor was moving when you were not touching the controller, this should fix the problem. Just repeat steps 1&2 while on title screen (press start). Check it in your PS2 manual! Every time you start PS2, move analog in a circular motion 1 time, and then your stick will not move itself.
