An iPod is a good device for holding all of your music, videos and pictures in one place. Having a broken iPod is something nobody wants. For most users, the green screen is something unknown. If you do have the bad luck of experiencing this brother to the PC blue screen of death, there are steps to follow to get your iPod back up and running. Turn on your computer. Click on the “Software Update” tab at the top of the “Finder.” Run any software updates that you might need. A green screen can be fixed by updating your iTunes version. When prompted to restart your computer click “OK.” If you have a Windows-based computer, you can update the software for your iTunes by clicking on the “Help” menu at the top right hand corner of the screen. Scroll down to “Update Now” button and click it. Plug your iPod into your computer.
