It is possible to troubleshoot and correct the problem yourself. Look for any leaks in the water supply hoses. This is one of the most common areas for a Samsung washing machine to develop a leak. Use a hand towel to dry off the hot and cold water hoses. Watch the hoses to see if any water begins to seep through.
